Bit miserable out today / the perfect time to make one of my favourite recipes from MEZCLA. This porcini ragù is ridiculously quick and simple and yet tastes like a ragù that’s been simmering away for hours. It’s based on my Spicy mushroom lasagne recipe from FLAVOUR, but that ragù takes hours to make and this one takes 15 mins, so if you love that lasagne, you should definitely give this a go.
