Every time I think about the 98 years worth of life these walls have seen, I get a little emotional. 🥹 It’s so special to live in an old house. When our house was built, electricity wasn’t even in every home yet. Laundry rooms weren’t a thing. Neither were garages. People had much less “stuff” so there was minimal storage. Homes were used completelty differently. It’s wild to think where things will be almost 100 years from now. How homes will be used. Things they never had that become standard. Home trends definitely come & go. People are going back to craving walls & dedicated spaces instead of a completely open floor plan. We’re seeing a resurgence of colors, character, & classic design.
