This is my most common reflection (and my first go-to when I’m feeling off): I look at what and who matters to me compared to where and how I’m spending my time and energy. It’s like the adult version of spot the difference with fewer visuals and higher stakes. Then I consider what I can do in the places I notice a big dissonance. It’s not always possible to spend our time and energy exactly how we want but we can make little changes that make a big impact (less frequent and more intentional screen time is v often the first adjustment...)
