Real talk: I was an athlete my whole life, but I was never actually in great shape. I ate whatever I wanted and my back was always my biggest insecurity. Wide,, thick, beefy… all of it. I never lifted when I was younger, so it wasn’t muscle, it was just my back. Then I had two babies and it got even worse, even though I was already a few years into lifting. But I made it my mission to become the strongest, best version of myself. Every obstacle that hit me, I refused to let it take me out. I made sure I came out on top every single time—mentally stronger, physically stronger.
