Farm to broiler 🥩 All of our grass-fed, dry-aged steaks are sourced through @happyvalleymeat’s network of small local farmers, many of whom only have a handful of cattle ready to butcher at a time. This means each cut is totally unique, ranging in size, weight, tenderness, and fat content—each bite deliciously special, and intentionally unlike the corn finished feed-lot beef you find in most grocery stores. We’re extremely proud of our meat program, and hope you’ll enjoy experiencing something new with us!
