It’s the little things no one notices. This patient came in for the AuraLyft but i asked her to let me restore a few things on the eyes at the same time. The upper lid on the right you may notice mild bulging and recession while the left has the most minor ptosis. The lower lid wrinkle pattern is a little cross hatched, indicative of canthal shortening along with a weak blink. All we had to do was move a few fat pads around to improve function along with lower lid tightening and laser on the skin. On the corner views the eyes bulge a little less and are more well-contained behind the eyelids.
