I’ve always believed that age is subjective and is based on how you feel and thrive in your soul and body. I was so happy to discover @hellomodernage who believes the same so I went to check out their studio, the first aging wellness destination in NYC (now in Flatiron and the Upper East Side). They offer tools and treatments to age well, inside and out.
