@spicyhospitalitygroup continues its Miami expansion with the introduction of @karyumiami, the stateside arrival of Tokyo’s Michelin-starred Oniku Karyu, created in collaboration with Chef @haruka_katayanagi. The intimate, 10-seat omakase brings Chef Katayanagi’s refined wagyu kaiseki to the @miamidesigndistrict, led by his Tokyo-based team and rooted in Japan’s meticulous culinary tradition and reverence for beef. A true farm-to-table concept, KARYU is the only restaurant in the U.S. serving rare Tajimaguro wagyu from Ueda Chikusan, a family-run ranch in Hyōgo Prefecture. Guests can expect a seasonal progression of dishes such as Chateaubriand and classic Sukiyaki, presented in a @rockwellgroup–designed space that marries Japanese craftsmanship with Miami’s contemporary energy. KARYU will open soon, joining @thejoycerestaurant and @lespecialita_mia within Spicy Hospitality Group’s growing Miami portfolio.
