Hi! 👋 I’m Jess… a 44 yo mom of 3 and teacher who enjoys creating wellness and lifestyle content. You’ll only rarely see pictures of my kids, husband, or friends, because I believe life should not all be about getting content… it’s meant to be lived. But I do love sharing inspiration for movement, recipes, outfits, and ways to make life simpler and just feel better! Here’s a few facts about me: 💕 I truly believe that movement and eating well can fix a lot of our problems. 💕 I love teaching, but was also a school principal before and loved that just as much. I returned to the classroom after 13 years in administration. Summers off with my children has been well worth it. 💕 My two oldest children play travel volleyball and baseball and my youngest plays baseball on a local team- because there are three of them and two of us. A lot of time spent on the road, but we are embracing the moments of togetherness and excitement, because they grow up so fast. ⚾️🏐⚾️ 💕We have two dogs and a cat… we also have a horse and a sheep and I truly wish we lived on a big farm. 🐎🐑 💕 I love eating whole, nutritious foods, but I struggle GREATLY with staying on track in the afternoons… like it’s a problem… and it’s probably the one thing that keeps me from reaching my goals. 😩 💕 My friend circle is very small, but I have the biggest, kindest, most amazing family that anyone could ask for. 👯‍♀️ 💕 I lost my mom 4 years ago to a very aggressive cancer that took her in less than 3 months. My heart will never be the same, but we talk about her often and my kids were lucky enough to all get to know her. 💕 I love hiking, getting outside, and going out to eat at new places. Friday nights are for pizza and I love trying small, local coffee places when we travel. Although my growth on here has been painfully slow, I’m hoping to find a community of people who also want to grow together. Let’s be friends!
