We have a beam running through our bedroom, which made it difficult to plan the room as the bed could only really go on one wall. I couldn’t have a big statement headboard or anything uniform due to the different ceiling heights. Therefore opted for a panelled wall using the diagonal ceiling height as the main pattern.
