Happy Birthday Harry ‘the Boy who lived’. I love the Harry Potter films they bring me deep comfort and joy from the messages of choosing your family and not having to accept toxic love from people who share DNA with you, to facing your literally demons and fears in order to flourish and so much more. I remember crying (I never used to cry) at the bit in the Prisoner of Azkaban when Harry is waiting for his father to show up to rescue him and his rescuer turned out to be a time travelling version of himself. Beautiful message....no one is coming to rescue you....you can rescue yourself if you just have faith.
