This year has been chalk-full of change, setbacks, growth, more setbacks, blessings and life- one more baby girl as a matter of fact! I started out on this platform as mother to ONE girlie and have continued to where we are today- mother of 5 (with two bonus daughters in the mix) and a baby mama for a whole new decade! Two babies back-to-back (at least it felt that way with 20 months between birth and pregnancy) meant I kind of lost my “sense of self”- ever shifting and changing for the needs of motherhood these last 3-4 years. My love for fashion, sharing my personal style and creating inspirational content never waned however. While my priorities and my vision have changed over the years, my desire to create has continued to burn strong. Cataloguing the life and style of our little crew has become a challenge that I hold loosely and with a lot of grace though. Meaning what? Meaning that some seasons require me to turn away client work, cancel my content days and instead, focus on my families needs. And the upside to this is that I never lose. 🙃 I may have to register as MIA for a minute here, but I rest in the knowledge that my investment lies in the greatest work of all- raising my kiddos. Thanks so much for those who’ve stayed along for the ride and I extend an official welcome to all you new babes.
