Saturday we went for lunch to @nopi_restaurant. This restaurant will always have a special place in my heart. This is the restaurant where I met the people you see in one of the pictures. These people all became dear friends of mine. Who would have thought that social media would bring me in contact with these fabulous people ❤️❤️❤️. This is also the restaurant where I did an amazing stage (restaurant jargon for an internship). I can easily say that it was one of the best and by far the most memorable thing I ever did in my whole life. The NOPI staff as always was very professional and kind. We booked the downstairs dining room table which was intimate yet lively. We could look into the kitchen which was open and full of busy bees/chefs. And don’t forget the most Instagramble bathroom in the world. Thank you @pierre_le_gourmand for making all the arrangements 😘. We all had a total fangirl moment when Yotam popped in to say hi to us in the restaurant. What a pleasure it was to talk to him. After a little chat we gathered around to take a picture with him. We had a fabulous weekend and today we are going back home. Thank you Yotam, Sami, Scully, Pierre for everything 😘😘.
