So here’s a deeper dive into our house vs. guest beans 🤿 🧜‍♀️ Our house beans are from local roasters @darkartscoffee, who offer a little bit of edge in the otherwise polished west end of London. Their ‘Dragon’ espresso is a Brazilian coffee with traditional notes of chocolate and caramel, so we recommend it with milky drinks. Our guest beans are from Copenhagen friends, @prologcoffee.cph. It’s a relationship that started between founders back in the 80s over football. Prolog’s small batch premium coffees are more fruity, acidic, and funky in flavor- and so we recommend them with black coffees where you can truly experience the tasting notes.
