I started writing this while crying in the bathtub hands over my face underwater. Something vulnerable about sitting in water, all quiet alone in your thoughts. When our dear friend passed it was so hard to process. It’s ok to not get over someone when they move on to heaven. We will never get over him but we make peace with it day by day and keep his memory alive. Music is healing. Writing this for Eric and for myself was therapeutic. We miss him everyday and some days are still heavy on our hearts more than others. For anyone who’s lost someone I’m thinking and praying for you.
