Last night @lucasbradbury_ appeared on @sharktankabc to pitch @project_pollo. They are bringing delicious, affordable vegan food to the masses. The Sharks didn’t invest primarily out of concern for his rapid expansion (14 locations in Texas last year). Pinch me. Vegan food is not a fad and it’s not fringe; this is mainstream. The demand is there and, honestly, we aren’t going fast enough. I am so proud to be on the journey with the @project_pollo and @tindlefoods to change the world. Let’s go! 🐔🚀
