Creme Brulee.....everybody love them. It’s such a simple dessert, it only really has 3 main ingredients and 2 steps. I think you should make some 🙂 Creme Brulee (makes 6) 2 Cups Whipping Cream 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup 2 Tbsp Rum 1/2 vanilla bean or 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or -Bring to a boil and take off the heat 1/2 Cups Sugar (plus an extra 6 Tbsp for caramelizing the tops) 6 Egg Yolks -Whisk eggs and sugar until light in color. Add a bit of the hot cream at a time to temper your egg so they don’t cook for the heat of the cream. Mix all together, try not to whisk them to rapidly as it will create bubbles on the top -Pour into you mold in a roasting tray or large cake pan. Fill half way with hot tap water. Bake in a pre-heated over at 315F for 45-55 minutes. You may need to cook longer depending on the molds and oven. You want them to be set with a little bit of a giggle when you shake them. You are better off cooking them a bit extra the first couple time you make them to be safe. -When fully set and cool.
