Shortlisted for the NPG Taylor Wessing Prize. Whilst these portraits didn’t quite make the cut for the exhibition, and as gutted as I am, I am so proud that these three portraits I made with @borntoperform.danceandcare made it to the shortlist of 351 out of 4,462 images. When @clemsym and I first spoke about this project I told her I wanted to shoot the portraits at a level that the National Portrait Gallery would recognise and I’m so happy that came true. Thank you to everyone at Born To Perform, and an especially big mention to Ellie-Bea, Christine and Theo for making these photographs what they are.
