This limited production wine is made in stainless steel tanks to emphasize the purity of Piñol’s fruit and terroir, which is full of limestone. Blended with a pinch of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, this wine strikes a balance between aromatic and textured, fresh and luxurious. Garnacha Blanca tends to produce a full-bodied wine with a character like a red 🍷. In the right hands, it’s not flabby or overly powerful, however, and Piñol are among Spain’s experts on this delicious and rare varietal!
