Prepping for the week ahead and thought I'd make a ridiculously simple but new bento snack for the girls. Pillsbury crescent roll dough goes on sale for $1/can super often so it is certainly doable for most budgets. Roll out the dough and slice each triangle in half (a pizza cutter works well). Roll up into 18 tiny crescent rolls, and brush with egg wash (and parmesan or @everything_but_the_bagel seasoning....). Pop into the oven at 3750F for 12-14 minutes. These keep for a few days on the counter in a sealed container or if you're batch cooking, can be frozen and reheated at a later date.
