📍Madrid\Barcelona day 23 (Travel Day) This morning we woke up and grabbed some breakfast from Faborit which is right across from our hotel. We took the breakfast to the park and let the kids play and have their breakfast at the park. After that we took a taxi to the train station and hopped on a really nice train that looked like the Eurostar to Barcelona. The train station in Madrid is so nice. It had all these large trees inside. I had never seen anything like that in a train station before. The train ride was smooth and quick with only one stop. Once we got to Barcelona we checked into our fabulous hotel. Hotel Majestic. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and such a fantastic location. We dropped our stuff off and went to a small cafe for lunch - the food there wasn’t that great so we ate a little and ended up at Mercado de La Boqueria which is definitely my kinda place. I love a good market for lunch since there are so many options for everyone. After lunch we hopped in a taxi and came back to our hotel. We have the best rooftop with the greatest views and the cutest pool so decided to hang out there for awhile. After the kids showered up and got ready we decided to go eat Indian food at Chennai masala dosa. We got there right when it opened at 8 and because we didn’t have a reservation they told us they couldn’t seat us until 10. While we waited we met a Gujarati family from Arkansas and just ended up chatting with them for awhile. Finally after a really nice Indian meal we walked by Casa Batlló to see what it looked like at night. #spain #madrid #barcelona
