De Weekhap is available from 17:00 each evening in our café, Tuesday through Saturday. This week we’re serving roasted cauliflower “steak” with pumpkin cream, carrots, frisée salad, and herb aioli. With this dish we pay homage to one of our former café chefs, Reuben. This dish is vegan, gluten free, comforting and delicious.
