1. The snap is the triggered to motivate and assist you to drop in and focus. (Labron before his game)
2. The snap is a stimulus to help you reset and recenter. It’s the coach clapping in your face telling you to snap outta of it (Dinero voice). Fumbled? Snap and keep it moving. Messed up on the diet? Snap and hat back on track.
3. The snap is to also give praise for the small little accomplishments made every day one breath at a time, one step at a time, one rep at a time, one day at a time.
It’s the self pat on the back.
