food scene rundown @oomandarina 🍽️ ~ all their on-property restaurants: 🍝 allora (my favorite) @ canalan beach club: open kitchen, wood-fire oven, chefs hand-making pasta during lunch (!!) and a gorgeous pasta machine on display. the italian food was fresh, fun, and full of surprises~ e.g. prawns on pizza. 🐟 jetty beach club: beachfront, breezy, and electric. great beach cocktails, loved their lighter take on a piña. enjoyed grilled seafood, crab tacos, and *massive portion* of ceviche. they also have a singaporean dinner pop-up (upstairs only i think?) going on right now. got late night pad thai that was 👌. looks like they just launched a @no3gin pop-up bar by the pool there too. 🌿alma: daily breakfast with a view. so serene. looked forward to their fresh juices every am. for dinner, loved their lamb pizza & seafood paella situation from our group family style menu 🦐 🌅 caráo: upscale mexican with a cliffside view. great spot for pre-dinner drinks. in terms of food, it seems like lots of mexican twists on classics if you’re into that. 🌳the treetop bar: never made it here but it looked so cool from below! wish i had gone *traveled here as a very lucky plus-one, feeling so grateful to have experienced it💫 if you’re thinking of visiting o&o mandarina and wondering any deets about the experience beyond just the food scene, dm me!! such a unique & robust spot 🌴 #oneandonlymandarina #foodscenequeen #mexicotravel #mandarina #travelguide #wheretoeat
