INGREDIENTS: • Cod fish cooked -300 gr • Potato chips stick- 200 gr • 2 onion sliced • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 2 bay leaves • Black olives • 3 yolks & 1 full egg • Salt and black pepper to taste • Olive Oil to taste • Parsley to taste DIRECTIONS: 1) soak dry salted cod overnight in cold water. Replace the water at least times. When you’re ready to cook, boil the cod for 10 minutes then remove the fish and flake it up. 2) Heat a pan with olive oil and toss in sliced onions, garlic, bay leaves, and salt. Once the onions are softened, add in the fish and saute for a few hours. Then add in potato sticks to and stir until softened. 3) Add in the beaten eggs and stir in quickly until everything is fully cooked through.
