Personally this weekend didn’t go as planned but I could not be more proud of @highdivinginstitute athlete @jamesdlich for finishing 🥉 at his second ever @redbullcliffdiving event! This moment didn’t just *happen* James has been working towards this for years! He didn’t rush the process or skip steps, he put in the work and waited until he was ready 💥🍾
