GLUTEN FREE LASAGNA NO garlic, NO onion My tummy doesn’t do well with garlic or onion, but cheese now and then is okay for me in moderation. I can usually have this left over for a day and then it’s time to cut myself off - but it’s not easy because it’s soooo good!! 😫 GF Lasagna recipe: -Jovial organic, GF brown rice lasagna noodles *I prefer this brand over other GF noodles because the ingredients are only BROWN RICE. It doesn’t get soggy, and you don’t have to boil them! -Raos sensitive sauce - no garlic or onion -Grass fed ground bison -Ricotta cheese -Shredded mozzarella cheese -Grated parmesan -Garlic scape powder -Basil, dried and fresh -Oregano, dried -2 eggs -Olive oil This is super easy to make - the assembly is just time consuming. I brown the ground bison with a little olive oil, flavor with the garlic scape powder, oregano and dried basil. Add 1 jar of Raos sauce and mix together. The rest of this recipe I use the directions on the Jovial lasagna noodle box! *I like to season each layer as I go with more dried basil, oregano, and garlic scape powder - this is how I add more flavor and esp get the garlic flavor without using actual garlic. I also top it with fresh basil at the end 🍃 Make sure to plan ahead when making this - you want to start 1-2 hours before your usual eating time since it takes about 20 mins to assemble, 60 mins to cook, and another 15-20 mins to cool. TIP! Let the lasagna rest - every time I get too hungry or excited and cut into too soon it’s a mess and doesn’t hold!
