In no particular order, here are the Top 10 of 2024. - @cafecarmellini Lobster Cannelloni with enough caviar to make you question their intentions - @joji.nyc Hokkaido Hairy Crab and Bafun Uni - My first Texas BBQ experience at @truth_bbq that made me rethink my priorities in life - A truly French, over the top 2 Star Michelin meal that ended with what I could only presume was crack-cocaine disguised as 36 month old Comté @lemeuricealainducasse with my very good friend @bowtie_shambler - One of the best bites of steak you can find, cooked over an open flame in the only remaining “chimney fireplace” stove in Paris @chef.robert_robertetlouise - The only place that could ever get me to order a chicken because yes, it is just that good @le_bon_georges - - Veal Sweetbread with smoked eel, oxtail and popcorn from The Ledbury @thomspencechef probably the best thing I ate all year... - Pizza made by our friends @francesco_capolongo and @hjkim518 with enough caviar to choke a horse - One of the most flavor-packed dishes you can find from @fishcheeksnyc - crispy rainbow trout covered in herbs, cashews and spices. Aleks and I ordered the entire menu for our anniversary dinner and this was the highlight. - @osteriarossodivinotaormina where filleting a whole salt-baked fish becomes an art form and the notion that simplicity, really is king.
