Cocktail hour is sacred time. It might be the magic and mystery released by Champagne bubbles. Or perhaps it's the garden strolls in garden party dresses. Whatever that secret it, I hope we continue to never know and try to find it in every clink in every glass we santé. Fun fact: cocktail hour in Paris is really two hours.
