Playful nature from animals brings joy and happiness which can also lead to social connection. Animals are one big step for healing your mental health. Animals, eating good food, being outside in nature and being away from technology is all amazing for your physical and mental state. Even watching funny dog or animal videos also helps! People don't realize how much animals help with your life and the positive impacts they provide. One thing each day, or each week can improve your state of mind drastically just even the little things in life. Going for a walk once a day in nature being in a calm environment and just even adding in one thing a day to help you have the nutrients in your body to thrive! Everything counts so just take it one step at a time because you got this! as the saying goes "you never know unless you try" So if you're feeling down lift your head up and do some box breathing, go out in nature, go for a walk, or hug your pet and have some good quality food to help you feel your best self and BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOU!!ππππ Always be proud of yourself.
