It may not be sexy to look at - but I promise it’s soooo delicious to eat! Egg roll in a bowl is great for a crowd-pleasing dinner and meal prep.

RECIPE:
1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 bag shredded cabbage mix
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 c coconut aminos
2 tsp sesame oil
1 egg, beaten
.
directions:
✨Brown meat in a skillet, drain if necessary
✨Add coleslaw mix and cook down to desired tenderness
✨Make a well in the middle and scramble egg
✨Add aminos and sesame oil, stir, and salt to taste
