Not gonna lie, I still find myself dealing with this at times 🥲 I’m certainly not the same person I was 3 years ago thanks to the pandemic lol Something I find that helps keep me anchored is acknowledging the constants around me even when I’m changing internally. I still have my relationship with God, great friends, still have my support system and things like that.
