The reason why I want to push others is becasue I know how it feels to feel in a body that doesn’t feel strong. I know how it feels to wake up and not love who looks back at you. You are staying plateaued and it’s uncomfortable.
I have been in the seat of having a high body fat % and also a super low body fat %. Having Visible & then not visible abs. It’s not about having abs. I will confidently say I would choose a strong capable athletic body any day over >> a body that doesn’t support my lifestyle. It feels GOOD to train in a strong body...
So that’s exactly what this 6-week challenge reflects..core by itself babyyyy. But we’re not just talking about adding in sit ups. We’re adding in programming that forces you to challenge yourself in a different way (think kettlebells, body weight, pull ups, etc.) The exercises you will be seeing are DIFFERENT because they work your deep core, stability, and mobility to engage your entire body.
I have never felt so good in my core strength and body, this is why THY is running our ab challenge for a third year. Each time around keeps getting better.
If you really want to reveal your abs and achieve a “toned” stomach..it’s hard work. In and out of the kitchen. Now is the time to start training harder.
