I am taking part in the second edition of Maison&Objet Intérieurs Hong Kong, within the Design Factory section. Here I am presenting Anthropocene Adhocism, a space born from transformation, reuse, and instinct. We live in a world drowning in images, speed, and excess, yet beneath the noise lies another reality. One where matter speaks, where discarded fragments regain purpose, and where creation becomes an act of reawakening. To enter, you cross a cave made of electrical cables and obsolete electronics, a passage through our own ruins. Beyond it, the artificial dissolves into the organic. Salt crystallizes into landscapes, seaweed breathes, felt, wax, roots, and resin intertwine with metal and glass. Everything begins again. Anthropocene Adhocism is not only my vision, but the result of shared creation with remarkable designers and friends: Daniyar Uderbekov, Arnaud Eubelen, Xavier Servaes, Carton Studio, Studio Ryte, Joséphine Zitta, Didi Ng Wing Yin, PLANTAGRAM (Song Zeying), Marbled Salts (Roxane Lahidji), Batten and Kamp, Rikkert Paauw, MWO Design (Mathilde Wittock), Kowloneon, Mr Koo, and Simon Dupety. Together we imagined a world where the inert becomes alive again. A hotel of the mind built from waste and imagination. A vision of hospitality where welcome means coexistence, and where design becomes a way to reconnect with what is real. Concept image made by @juliettemyrs
