“🚨HELP!!!!🚨I just started wearing wigs & have NO idea what to do... 🤔This was me at the start of my wig wearing journey. I had just figured out wig lingo & finally purchased my first human hair wig from @follea But here I was with this expensive wig that I had absolutely ZERO idea how to care for. 🤷🏼♀️Fast forward to today & I’ve been wearing wigs for over 2 years! 👏🏻 So here is my crash course in what you NEED to buy for any new wig & the basics of wig care.Shopping List:1. Mannequin head & T pins for styling. 2. Salon quality shampoo & conditioner. 3. Heat protectant spray 4. Velvet or silicone wig grip (if you are concerned about fit)5. Spray bottle for water 6. Comb & brush Care: 1. Wash/condition your wig using the dip method every 14 (ish) wears. You can honestly go longer & it’s fine! 2. Never pull or tug on the lace. It’s fragile & you don’t want it to rip!3. Please please always use a heat protectant spray before applying heat to your wig. 4. Store your wig on a mannequin head when not in use! 5. Always brush from the bottom & work your way up to remove tangles! This will help prevent breakage. Make sure to click that SAVE button on the right of this post, this list will come in so handy if you decide to wear wigs! 💁🏻♀️What care tips or shopping suggestions would you add/take away from my list? Anything that’s a MUST HAVE for hair owners? Leave me a comment & I’ll try out a few of your favorites! 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻”- Our #FolleaFriend @being_mrs_brown #hairloss #SplashSummerVibe #wigs #hairlosstok #wigtok #hairtok #humanhairwig #fyp
