Meaning if you train with INTENSITY and low reps. You will get stronger. If you train for volume doing sets to failure in higher rep ranges, you get bigger. I train for ability. Meaning I want to be able to do cool stuff. Sooooo, I train mostly end-range Strength. It involves a lot of stretching but with intensity and muscle activation.
