HANDMADE UDON! 🍜 I’ve been on a udon kicked lately especially if its cold udon. One of my foodie photographer friend’s brother does a noodle pop-up. He went to Japan and trained for 3 month the art of making udon so you know it’s legit. @shimas_oodles.of.noodles does a pop-up every Wednesday at @@fishcakehawaii (FYI, he might be changing which day of the week he will do his pop-up). First time I went he sold out and but luckily I went back the following week and I got to try his cold udon noodles. I love you get to see him roll out and cut the noodles. I love the chew, the broth, and the toppings it came with. I was about to order another one because of how good it was but I wanted others to enjoy his noodle goodness.
