I’ve been thinking about white light, universal light, the light from your star (the sun) and all the color it holds. I’m also considering the history of monochromatic white paintings. Artists such as Robert Ryan, Robert Rauschenberg, Agnes Martin, Joan Mitchell, Louis Fishman, Lee Ufan, Louis Nelson, Cy Twombly and Jack Whitten come to mind.
