After years of anticipation for the Presidio Tunnel Tops, the beautiful, 14-acre park is now officially open, boasting miles of pathways, unique waterfront landscapes, and plenty of ways to enjoy San Francisco. ⁠ ⁠ • Starting August 7, spend the best moments of your weekend at their new First Sunday Afternoons. Take in the views with live music & dance performances, pop-up food vendors from throughout the city, and public art. ⁠ ⁠ • Take a long afternoon and relax with a picnic overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. Bring your own food to enjoy or explore tastes of the city from a rotating list of local pop-up vendors and food trucks, including @casitaveganasf, @ladyvictorysf, and @thewhiptbaker. ⁠ ⁠ • The park has been known to support local creatives, and the vibrant outdoor art installation begins with “Ancestral Futurism: Looking Back to Repair the Future” by artist and activist @favianna1.
