Why "ALL or NOTHING" will get you NOWHERE
Because ladies, once upon a time a few years ago if I f**ked up my diet , I threw the towel in and spun off into the abyss for a few weeks until I eventually started my "diet" again: this was the case for YEARS and guess what, my weight yo-yo'd , my self esteem was non existent and I truly believed I had "tried it all and nothing worked"
Enter : consistency and moderation. Doesn't sound trendy or sexy but THIS is what will give you the life, the body, the fitness you want and deserve.
All or nothing teaches us that there are only perfect success or perfect failure and that balance is not an option.
Personal Info ⭐️ I'm currently in a fat loss phase for a big holiday and I had a weeknof celebrations, my best friends wedding, my hubby's bday and three big days of food and drink . I always say life is for living: and let me tell you, I ENJOYED myself very much, but as soon as we got home I had my usual good routine and il be hitting the gym first thing
LESSON: Did I let these 3 days DESTROY everything and snowball into a week or 2 in F**k it mode because I wasn't on track?
HELL NO
And if ON AVERAGE I'm tracking my calories, hitting protein, steps and lifting weights then I'm gonna be just fine 🙌
