Saturday was my last long run before Leadville! My teammate @easy_dog took me on a 23 mile tour of his backyard in the Elk Mountains. It featured a couple mountain passes, a handful of high alpine lakes, wildflowers of every color and a mountain goat watching us from above. We climbed 8,000 feet and spent 6 hours out there! Now it’s time to start resting up and getting to bed early to prepare for a 4am start. #runonclouds #designedbyathletesforathletes #selfpropelled
