Had an amazing tasting tonight with @beamgeneration8 showcasing the newest offering to come out of the Jim Beam prestigious house of whiskey offerings; Hardin’s Creek! Two distinct offerings paying homage to the legendary history of the Jim Beam contribution to the American whiskey experience, we sampled “Colonel James E. Beam” & “Jacob’s Well” Colonel James E. Beam: Aged for 2 yrs, this whiskey is a tribute to it’s namesake, remembering the first release by Jim Beam post prohibition. Sips older than the stated 2 years and will surprise many naysayers of whiskey under the 4 yr age mark. Jacob’s Well: Just wow!!! This is a bourbon drinkers bourbon. Rich in all aspects and the oakiness from the age makes this pour sing Thanks for the tasting and look forward to pouring more of these whiskies in the future!
