After experiencing hair discrimination as a young girl, frustration led Brittney, to learn to care for and style her natural hair independently. In 2016, she became a licensed cosmetologist specializing in textured hair care and coloring; and launched Bee Blondor. Throughout her career, Brittney has made her mark on the South Florida hair care industry; being featured in several publications, contributing to various panels, and building an international styling team. Combining her passion and knowledge for textured hair and textured hair health, Brittney introduced Bee Blondor. Bee Blondor is dedicated to redefining industry norms to help people embrace their natural hair; in a society where natural hair is discriminated against and unattainable standards define beauty.
