Schumann Resonance Peaks + Physical Flares I had a physical health flare this week that came out of nowhere... I knew what my body was needing and asking for, but the timing and energetics were interesting as I had many friends and clients moving through seemingly random physical flares. Yes, the planetary alignments have been intense but I also noticed that the Shumann Resonance has been greatly spiking lately, meaning we’ve had an influx of light penetrating the planet, and our bodies by way of solar flares and solar storms. This had also occurs from time to time but lately it’s been the highest recorded. With this increase of light and high voltage energy, we can have a myriad of symptoms arise from seemingly out of nowhere. These can range from physical ailments to anxiety, insomnia or emotional triggers. Which, in my opinion, is beautiful as we have an opportunity to check the engine light and see what’s going on under the hood that requires our attention. We are moving into a big energetic collective shift. It’s being reflected in the cosmos with 6 planets retrograde and Equinox tomorrow. Rest, tend to your body, give gratitude for whatever is arising, as these are beautiful keys and access points to what’s needing more love as you move into this next chapter. We ARE nature. There is no separation. She always shows that. So much cleansing, so much release... grateful for the waters.. She stopped after I went inside lol.. was meant to be felt. Loving you! Mx
