a fit check and a breast check — a girl who can do both!!! today is about 2 years since i found my breast cancer during a monthly self-check so i thought i’d do a little PSA, if you will. 💕 self-checks do not replace an exam done by your doctor in office, but they are helpful in between. a lot of young people find their own lumps by checking and breast cancer can be more aggressive in younger people specifically, so please check yourself regularly so you at least know what your baseline is. and if you do find something, go get it checked out ASAP! 💕🙏 how to slides from Mayo Clinic in the swipe 🌸
