@altenodenver just opened & it’s already one of the most special restaurants in denver 🌟 another hit from chef johnny curiel, this new cherry creek hotspot channels the rustic soul of jalisco🇲🇽 the storytelling in service was on point. the blue crab stuffed mushroom was my fave bite of the night. moody, transportive, + deeply personal (his dad was the og alteño!) i was worried they wouldn’t have dessert menu bc their sister @almalohidenver doesn’t, but don’t worry~ they do. get the chocolate one!! *must* order the avocado margarita and if you can’t get a res, join notify list or try walking in🚶🏻‍♀️ also they already have happy hour👀 3-5 mon-fri
