Final Carousel Post Incoming: This show was a dream. I’ve wanted to do Carousel for a long while now. And when I got the opportunity to finally audition for a production of it, I was thrilled. I would’ve been happy just being one of the clams! But life has a way of surprising us sometimes, and the big surprise for me was that I wouldn’t be playing a clam, but Billy Bigelow himself! It was such a great experience getting to sing this music. Say these lines. And to have a chance to act across from some of the best talent in the area. To my fellow cast and crew: thank you. Thanks for making it a chill environment where it felt safe to try new things on stage, and have fun while doing it. Thanks to the crew over at Watershed for entrusting me with this role, it means a lot to me. Hopefully me and this show will cross paths again somewhere down the line. Maybe in a few years.
