IF IN DOUBT, RUN, THEN HIT EM WITH THE REPEAT🏃🏾‍♀️ It’s been a tough couple of years finding the confidence to run again because my ankles are not as strong as they once were. I’m breaking free and trying not to restrict my progress by capping myself. I am learning that the more I run and improve other aspects of life, I’m building the strength to keep the endurance going for a comfortable and enjoyable run🙏🏾 Tips to help strengthen your running game:👇🏾 CONSISTENCY is key – Rome was not built in a day and neither are these ankles. Keep overloading the body. FUELLING UP A COUPLE OF HRS BEFORE – It might seem like a good idea to run on an empty stomach so that you’re lighter right? But the reality is, in order to avoid injuries and run comfortably, your body needs to use energy from food.
