She sent me in to anxiety and I did the opposite. Growing up poor having no examples of healthy living, followed by tons of trauma such as my mom going to jail, combined with family genetics, I was usually the bigger girl in the room since a kid. I never let it stop me. I still think self care and working out is important, but I know the struggle is real fr us in many different areas. Everyone is struggling with something! I mean thank god for @lizzobeeating but we didn’t have her growing up. People will at first judge you for Your class, color, size, sexual orientation...but it is you who can change the stereotype and represent a new version.
