The only jam I knew growing up was VartAnush~Rosa Petal Jam It is a deep, pink color jam made with rose petals. The "Charles de Mille" rose is used mostly to make these jams. The petals are macerated in sugar and lemon juice and smells amazing! ▪︎ Today I had my mom's favorite breakfast ~bread, butter and rose petal jam~ simple breakfast with cup of coffee.
